Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry with credentials in Personal Training, Bachelor of Human Kinetics, Nutrition Specialist and many more.

Our vision is to have a nutrition program that teaches you simple ways to fuel your body. By keeping it easy, realistic, achievable and science based, our nutrition program can help guide you to create a lifestyle that is clean, healthy and energy driven. Think of fuelling your body, helping it achieve maximal energy and health by what you put into it.

This Lean Machine 4 week nutrition plan includes; breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as snack ideas, pre/post workout snacks and a grocery list.

The intention of  Lean Machine is to teach you to fuel your body, without having restrictions or relying on a "diet" program. To learn how to fuel your body, you have to ensure that proper macronutrients are in every meal; Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. No counting calories, only focussing on portion sizes and eating when hungry.  

By taking care of your health and putting the effort in, you will see long lasting results.
