RESERVATION POLICY

  • Reservations can be scheduled up to 1 month prior to the scheduled class and up to 30mins before the class start time.
  • Booking your class online is the easiest and most convenient way. But if you do have any problems, please do not hesitate to call our studio.
  • All bookings are subject to a no show/late cancellation fee.  A 4 hour notice is required to not be considered a Late Cancellation.
  • Please call the studio if you are running late for class but still plan on attending.
  • Drop-in clients are welcome and will be given a spot if the class is not full. We do recommend booking prior though, due to the class sizes.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Refunds will not be granted for no-show reservations. Classes will still be processed as a class attended.
  • A 4 hour notice is required for cancellation of any class.
  • For the 2 Week Unlimited, Monthly Unlimited Passes, and Annual Packs, a $8.40 no-show fee/late cancellation will be charged to your credit card on file in the case of a no show or late cancellation.
  • For the 5 and 10, class packages there will be a deduction of one class from your class package if there are any remaining.
  • For single visits purchased, the visit will be considered “used” if a no-show occurs.
  • There is a minimum of 3 people for a class to run. An email or phone call (if it is within an hour to class time a phone call will occur) will be provided if a class is not going to run.
  • The studio reserves the right to cancel any class due to low attendance.

REFUNDS

  • All payments must be received prior to the start of class and there will be no refunds for classes paid for. Classes can only be reserved with a payment made.
  • All apparel is final sale.

WAIT-LIST POLICY

  • The Wait-list is available for all classes on the schedule.
  • There is a 2 person wait-list limit.
  • You will receive an email notifying you that you have been added to the wait-list. If space becomes available, you will be emailed again with the confirmation that you have been added to the class.
  • If it is coming close to the class start time, you will receive a phone call.
  • Please be aware, it is your responsibility to check your email if you have been wait-listed.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

  • The 2 Week Unlimited is good for 14 consecutive days. The pass will be “activated” with the first class use. This is a one-time offer for new clients only.
  • Monthly Unlimited passes are good for 30 consecutive days. The package will be “activated” with the first class use.
  • Annual passes are good for 1 full calendar year. The package will be “activated” with the first class use.
  • The 5 Visit pass has a 4 month expiration date from date of purchase.
  • The 10 Visit pass has a 5 month expiration date from the date of purchase
